We had our garage converted to another living space in our home. The work carried out was impeccable and to the highest standard. The tradesmen all left the place tidy at the end of the day. Any future work O'Shaughnessy Construction would be my first choice — they come highly recommended.
Liam and the team have done an amazing job on our house — dorma complete to add two bedrooms and a jack and jill shower room, new master bedroom and a single story extension. Great communication and a fantastic set of workers who really put the customer first.
They did a kitchen refurb for me plus fitted a new kitchen also, which wasn't on the original criteria. They've got all the trades you could ask for and all are good lads and do a great job. We are very pleased with the finished product and would definitely use these again. Nothing seems too much trouble for them even if you change your mind over things.
Had a loft conversion by Liam. The project took 6 weeks — right from the first day everything was explained clearly and a formal contract of works was issued. We are really happy with the quality of work and the team were polite and friendly. My brother is a surveyor and commented the works carried out is to a very high standard. Really pleased.
